  1. Payment must be made within 24 hours of us receiving the contract. If you cannot email the contract back, please meet one of us with payment and contract.  



  1. Set up time: 8:30 to 9:45AM NO setting up after 9:45AM for any reason.


  1. No vendor parking in front parking spaces. Please park at the back of the building to leave space for customers to park.


  1. If you have any concern/complaints please contact Rosemary inside the building.

  2. You are responsible for anyone you bring with you to the shopping event.

  3. NO TRASH TALKING another vendor. This will not be accepted and you will be asked to pack your booth, leave immediately, and you will not receive a refund.. 

  4. Please note no refunds on the booth fees as these fees are used to pay for advertising.  

  5. Along with the advertisement provided by the Host it is the RESPONSIBILITY of the vendors to Help PROMOTE the event. This event will only be a success if you, the vendor, help promote it. 

  6. Rosemary Estrada with Rosemz Exclusives is NOT liable for anything concerning you, your booth, your workers, your customers etc., this also includes Tax ID’s etc. that YOU may need for your business . We hold no responsibility for anything to do with your booth. 

  7. The most IMPORTANT rule of all: HAVE FUN AND ENJOY THE DAY!

I agree with all the rules. I will make sure my area is clean when I leave the event. (You may digitally sign by computer or phone and send it to us that way.)
